For ongoing bookings, refund depends on agreement between owner and customer

Important: If you cancel within 3 days of your check-in date, you will need the property owner's approval to receive a refund (minus service charges).

Refund Policy: Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6-7 days.
